Older Bin-Brother

The Older Bin-Brother was one of two ghoul siblings who served as executives within the Aogiri Tree. Ghoul investigators of the CCG nicknamed the pair the "Tail Brothers." Rated as an S-class ghoul, he wielded a bikaku-type kagune shaped as a single tail and fought in tightly coordinated dual attacks alongside his younger brother.

Both brothers concealed their faces behind distinctive masks bearing different geometric patterns while wearing the standard Aogiri garb. The elder had short, spiky hair, black nails, and slightly sharp cheekbones. By Aogiri standards the two held relatively moderate temperaments; in combat they used mockery to deceive their opponents, having sworn loyalty to the One-Eyed King and embraced the organization's ideology.

The older brother was present when Ken Kaneki was brought before Tatara. When the captives attempted to flee, he wounded Kazuichi Banjou but was overwhelmed in a drawn-out fight against Kaneki, Jiro, Ichimi, and Sante; the standoff was ended by Yakumo Oomori, with whom the brothers were never on good terms. During the Aogiri raid he led squads against the investigators until he was slain by Koutarou Amon.

The older brother was voiced by Yuki Fujiwara in Japanese and Sonny Strait in English.
