Sante

Sante is a ghoul and one of the loyal followers of Kazuichi Banjou, the former leader of the 11th Ward's ghouls. He is almost always seen alongside his siblings, Ichimi and Jiro. Sante wears a gas mask fitted with three filters and a hoodie bearing the number "3" stitched onto the hood, a nod to the Japanese word "san," meaning three. When the hood comes down, it reveals black hair tied back into a short ponytail. Beyond his steadfast devotion to Banjou, little is known about his personality.

Following Banjou, Sante joins Ken Kaneki's group. During the Aogiri arc, the three siblings accompany Banjou to Anteiku, where they describe his one-sided admiration for Rize Kamishiro and voice their resentment of the Aogiri Tree ghouls who had seized power in the 11th Ward. As part of Anti-Aogiri, Sante takes part in the escape attempt, staying behind to fight the Bin brothers so the others can flee.

Later he aids Kaneki in the raid on Kanou's lab and the attack on the Ghoul Restaurant, fighting alongside his siblings. When Kaneki's group disbands, the trio vow to follow Banjou anywhere. In the epilogue they continue to support him, and Jiro becomes his wife in a traditional ghoul wedding arranged by Shuu Tsukiyama. Sante is voiced by Sōta Arai in Japanese and Aaron Dismuke in English.
