The Younger Bin was one of the two Bin brothers (Bin Kyōdai), ghouls who served as executives within the Aogiri Tree organization in Tokyo Ghoul. Together with his elder sibling he answered to Aogiri's leadership, and the CCG's investigators dubbed the pair the "Tail Brothers." Both brothers concealed their faces behind distinctive masks bearing different geometric patterns; in the anime they wore blue-purple robes that set them apart from the maroon garb of the group's other members.
By Aogiri standards the brothers were fairly moderate in temperament. They had pledged loyalty to the One-Eyed King and embraced Aogiri's ideology wholeheartedly, and in combat they favored taunts and mockery to throw an opponent off balance. The Younger Bin wielded a bikaku kagune in the form of a single tail. Their real strength lay in coordination: the two struck in wordless, perfectly synchronized attacks and could rally large numbers of ghouls under their command.
The brothers were present when Ken Kaneki was brought before Tatara. During Aogiri's assault they led squads against CCG troops until they met Koutarou Amon, who cut them both down in quick succession. The Younger Bin was voiced by Sōta Arai in Japanese and Jean-Luc Hester in English.
