Tatara

Tatara is a direct subordinate of the One-Eyed King and one of Aogiri Tree's leaders, originally from China and a former member of the ghoul organization Chi She Lian before joining Aogiri. Composed and stoic, he oversees the activities of Aogiri's more violent executives with a cold, calculating precision.

Tatara takes personal interest in Ayato Kirishima's raw talent, recruiting him into Aogiri's ranks, and it is Tatara who interrogates Ken Kaneki after his capture during the Anteiku raid, ultimately judging him unfit for Aogiri's purposes and handing him over to Yakumo Oomori and Nico for further torture.

Loyal above all to Eto and the vision of a world reshaped by ghouls, Tatara plays a quiet but consistent role behind many of Aogiri's key operations, embodying the organization's disciplined, ideologically driven side rather than its raw brutality.
