Shizuku Murasaki

Shizuku Murasaki is member #8 of the Phantom Troupe and twelfth in physical strength within the group. Her ability is Blinky, a living vacuum cleaner that can swallow almost anything short of a living creature.

She is a petite young woman with messy shoulder-length black hair, uneven bangs and plum-coloured eyes. She wears a black turtleneck and jeans with black-framed glasses and a necklace bearing a St. Peter's Cross with two horns — the same insignia as on the back of Chrollo's coat; her earrings, shaped as reversed crosses, are usually hidden by her hair.

Shizuku is remarkably calm. She did not so much as blink while announcing that, according to her fortune, she would die the following week. When Gon arm-wrestled her, she politely adjusted to his extended right hand even though it disadvantaged her and ultimately cost her the match.

The emotion is there nonetheless: Pakunoda's death visibly shook her. She played chess casually with Kortopi and sided with Nobunaga in the argument over whether to pursue Pakunoda — before deferring to the Spider's rules.

Born in Meteor City, she has no record anywhere. She was once nearly killed trying to catch a glimpse of Feitan's Nen abilities. Voiced by Miho Arakawa in the 2011 series and Atsuko Bungo in the 1999 one.
