Feitan Portor

Feitan Portor is member #2 of the Phantom Troupe and its resident interrogator — he is thoroughly proficient in the art of torture. Like the rest of the founders he comes from Meteor City, and he took part in the massacre of the Kurta Clan.

He is short, lean and muscular, with mid-length black hair, grey eyes and a pale complexion. He wears dark baggy clothes and a bandana bearing his trademark skull crest pulled over his mouth. When he shifts into his Pain Packer form his outfit changes entirely, to a jacket-like suit marked with three inverted St. Peter's Crosses.

Loyal as he is to Chrollo, Feitan puts the survival of the Troupe itself first. He is deeply invested in the group's affairs, recalling exactly how long it had been since the full Troupe last gathered, what had changed and who had been replaced. He openly dislikes Hisoka and does not understand why their leader lets him do as he pleases. He works most closely with Phinks.

Fighting Zazan, he moved so fast that Kalluto struggled to follow him, throwing off multiple afterimages while dodging every one of her high-speed attacks. He is a Transmuter. Voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi in the 2011 series and Akari Hibino in the 1999 one.
