Synopsis
Zazan is a Chimera Ant Squadron Leader who, after the Queen's death, declared herself queen and built a small kingdom of her own by enslaving a large number of humans.
She is a humanoid Ant with jointed arms and legs, long unkempt fuchsia hair, golden eyes, purplish skin and a long scorpion-like tail. Several raised ovals the colour of her hair sit on her forehead, resembling gemstones.
She was among the least obedient of the Squadron Leaders, letting her subordinates kill and eat humans as they pleased. Confident, egocentric, power-hungry and vain, her usual manner was arrogant and composed — but anything that marred her beauty sent her into a fury, and she turned violent and vindictive without warning.
She is first mentioned by Cheetu reporting shot peons to Colt, and appears shortly after to save her subordinate Pike from Pokkle's attack by paralysing him with her stinger. Voiced by Azusa Nakao.
