Synopsis
Mitsuki Sarue, in truth the archangel Sariel, is tasked with carrying out judgment on the Fallen. On Earth he poses as the manager of a newly opened Sentucky Fried Chicken franchise in Hatagaya, using the cover to keep close watch on Satan and Emilia.
Sariel comes across as pompous, well aware of his own power and angelic status, and has a reputation as an unabashed flirt, showering unsettling compliments on the women around him, from Emi to Chiho Sasaki. His attention eventually fixes entirely on Maou's manager, Mayumi Kisaki, much to her annoyance.
Wielding a large scythe and a power capable of nullifying sacred magic, Sariel joins forces with the former Inquisitor Crestia Bell to eliminate the Hero and the Demon King — though the real motives behind their alliance prove more complicated than they first appear.
