Suzuno Kamazuki

Suzuno Kamazuki, also known as Crestia Bell, is Sadao Maou's next-door neighbor and the former Chief of the Doctrinal Corrections Council under the Church of Ente Isla. On Earth she is almost always seen in a kimono, owning no modern clothing whatsoever.

At first Suzuno appears to be a kind, attentive neighbor — cleaning the Devil's Castle, cooking for its residents, even gifting them a box of udon noodles as a housewarming present. In truth her neighborly charm is a carefully staged act meant to get close enough to the former Demon King to eliminate him; even the perceptive Emi Yusa initially mistakes it for genuine affection.

As the Church's former Head Inquisitor, Bell once carried out the orders of Archbishop Olba Meyer, arresting and executing so-called heretics through unjust trials. Disillusioned by the corruption of the institution she served, she gradually reconsiders her own convictions while living beside the very demons she was once sent to destroy.
