Noro

Noro is a direct subordinate of the One-Eyed King and one of Aogiri Tree's most feared leaders, a hulking, near-silent ghoul who communicates almost entirely through action rather than words. Decades earlier, under the name Noroi, he was a ghoul from the 24th ward entrusted by Yoshimura with secretly raising his infant daughter, Eto, after she was hidden away from the organization V.

The exact circumstances of Noroi's transformation into the creature known as Noro remain unclear, but the change leaves him almost unrecognizable — an intimidating giant who shows no sign of pain even when seriously wounded, healing from injuries that would kill other ghouls without visible distress. His eerie habit of carrying a clock, noted by Shuu Tsukiyama during their fight, hints at some remaining structure or ritual to whatever is left of his old self.

Fiercely loyal to Eto and the One-Eyed King's cause, Noro serves as one of Aogiri's primary enforcers, clashing directly with Tsukiyama, Renji Yomo, and Uta over the course of the series' central conflicts.
