Uta

Uta is a ghoul who runs the HySy ArtMask Studio, crafting the elaborate masks worn by ghouls across Tokyo, including the CCG-tracked group known as the Clowns, of which he is a member. Investigators know him only by the alias No Face, since his true identity and motives stay carefully hidden behind his own mask-making trade.

Once the strongest ghoul ruling the 4th ward, Uta stepped down from that role after forming a lasting friendship with Renji Yomo and Itori, the three of them remaining close for years afterward. He speaks with an easy, almost teasing charm and rarely lets his expression change, giving him an air of calm detachment even in dangerous situations — though he can be unexpectedly loyal, willing to let events play out according to someone else's wishes rather than interfere.

As an artist, Uta holds unconventional, sometimes unsettling aesthetic tastes, and his mask designs double as a quiet form of information gathering about the ghouls who commission them, making him a valuable, if unpredictable, contact for both allies and the Clowns.
