Synopsis
Tsezguerra is a Single-Star Jackpot Hunter hired by Battera to screen players for Greed Island. It was he who accompanied his employer to the Southernpiece Auction, where a copy of the game went for 30.5 billion.
He is a presumably middle-aged man, lean and above average height — he towers over Goreinu. He has broad shoulders, a thin long face with pronounced cheekbones, slicked-back black hair, a black beard along the jaw and a thin moustache curving downwards.
He thinks in a straightforward but prudent way, taking on only the challenges he is capable of meeting. He looks down on anyone he considers weaker than himself — which made it all the more startling when Gon and Killua outperformed him in a test of Nen skill.
His star rank gives him access to substantial funds, and his reputation was such that even the Bombers were wary of facing him — a strong indication that he is a remarkable Ryu, Gyo and Ko user. Voiced by Kiyoyuki Yanada in the 2011 series and Ryuuji Mizuki in the 1999 one.
