Synopsis
Goreinu is a Hunter and one of the players Battera hired for Greed Island; he entered the game second, moments after Gon.
He has spiky black hair, brown eyes, thick eyebrows, a flat nose, hairy forearms and a muscular build, and wears a striped sleeveless top with plain trousers and shoes.
He was wary at first of joining forces with children, and the arrival of Hisoka made him warier still — yet he stayed with the group. He later calls Killua a friend and says he would hand over the "Angel's Breath" card for nothing if it were used to heal Killua rather than Genthru.
He passed the notoriously difficult Hunter Exam and learned Nen at some point in his life. As a Greed Island player he proved capable, tracking several opponents at once and gathering more than fifty cards while playing alone. Voiced by Hidetaka Tenjin in the 2011 series and Kousuke Toriumi in the 1999 one.
