Synopsis
Shunsuke Otosaka is the eldest of the Otosaka siblings, older brother to Yuu and Ayumi. His ability, time-leap, lets him send his consciousness into his past self to alter events — a power that came at the cost of his eyesight after repeated use in a research facility where ability users were held and studied.
Little is shown of Shunsuke's personality before events take their toll on him, but what remains is his devotion to his siblings and his closest friend, Takehito Kumagami, whom he affectionately calls by a childhood nickname. After escaping the facility with Yuu's help, Shunsuke leaps three years into the past, determined to prevent the siblings from ever being captured and to protect ability wielders across the country from the same fate.
His plan sets much of the series' plot in motion, and his reunion with Kumagami in the altered timeline becomes one of the story's most quietly emotional threads, ending in tragedy when Kumagami is killed protecting others years later.
