Synopsis
Michelle Neuhaus, known in the manga as Michaela, is the wife of Igor Neuhaus. She was killed during the Blue Night but was later revived by an unknown party, resurfacing as the masked figure who stalks Rin Okumura and holds True Cross Academy students hostage.
At heart, Michelle is gentle, sharing a love of gardening with Shiemi Moriyama and longing to see the legendary Garden of Amahara. That gentleness gives way to violence whenever she encounters anything connected to Satan, a reaction rooted in the horror of surviving his awakening sixteen years earlier.
Unable to strike at Satan directly, Michelle channels her grief and rage into targeting his son as a substitute, becoming the masked figure determined to make Rin pay for a tragedy neither of them chose.
