Machi Komachine

Machi Komacine is member #3 of the Phantom Troupe and a Transmuter whose Nen Stitches can sew severed limbs back on with aura alone. It was she whom Hisoka hired to patch him up after his match against Kastro at Heavens Arena — a job that cost him seventy million.

She is a short young woman of petite build with blue eyes and messy pink hair reaching the middle of her back, usually worn tied up. She is one of the few Spiders who favours traditional Japanese clothing: short tights, a short-sleeved uwagi, an obi with an obijime over it, fingerless gloves fitted with a pincushion and tabi boots — the look of a modern-day kunoichi.

Machi is among the coldest of the group, almost never losing her composure or showing emotion. According to Shalnark, though, she is a "nice person" underneath. She is fiercely loyal to her fellow Spiders and to Chrollo above all — she challenged two other Troupe members for his sake and stated flatly that she would hunt Hisoka down if he ever killed their leader.

Her intuition is exceptionally sharp and her confidence in her own strength complete. She was born in Meteor City, so no record of her exists anywhere. Voiced by Rena Maeda in the 2011 series and Noriko Namiki in the 1999 one.
