King

King is the third Fairy King, ruler of the Fairy King's Forest, and the Grizzly's Sin of Sloth among the Seven Deadly Sins. Born from the Sacred Tree, he was chosen over a thousand years ago to lead the Fairy Clan. His weapon, the spirit spear Chastiefol, works with his inherent power Disaster to manipulate plants and objects with devastating force.

Despite his title, King is far from lazy: he generally avoids violence unless someone he cares about is threatened, and his mild, easily emotional nature is often mistaken for weakness. He grieves deeply for his younger sister Elaine, whose death drove him to blame and nearly kill Ban before learning the truth, and he struggles for a long time to admit his feelings for his fellow Sin, the giant Diane.

Once King finally opens up to Diane, the two grow close enough to marry, uniting the Fairy and Giant Clans under their rule and raising a large family together. Throughout the story King remains one of the more level-headed members of the group, often the first to question his teammates' more reckless plans even as he follows them into every fight.
