Synopsis
Omiko Hakodate is a third-year student and captain of Honnouji Academy's girls' tennis club, serving under Uzu Sanageyama.
Omiko is hot-headed and proud, taking tennis extremely seriously; she is furious at Mako Mankanshoku for missing practice after being taken hostage without permission, and is outraged when Ryuuko Matoi shows up to their match wielding her Scissor Blade instead of a proper racket.
Omiko first attacks Ryuuko alongside her club, knocking her into a waterway. In their subsequent match Ryuuko struggles badly until Senketsu suggests she improvise, turning the blade's handle into a makeshift racket, after which she easily overwhelms Omiko and destroys her Goku Uniform.
Omiko is known for her long blond hair tied into pigtails and her sharp, shark-like teeth. Her athletic Goku Uniform resembles a standard tennis outfit, fitted with interchangeable lenses over one eye and a supply of tennis balls hidden under the skirt. She resurfaces in the final episodes, first among students extracted from a COVERS unit, then helping power the S.S. Naked Sun's turbines alongside the other former club presidents.
