Synopsis
Rico Brzenska led Squad Rico as part of the Garrison's 1st Division Elite Forces, and was the only surviving squad leader from the Alpha Squad assigned to protect Eren Yeager during the liberation of Trost District.
Rico's personality reads as strikingly mixed — pragmatic to the point of being openly willing to kill Eren, Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert once Eren's Titan power came to light, yet capable of real emotion beneath that hardened exterior. As her comrades fell one by one during the battle, her composure began to crack, though she maintained a leadership role throughout, bravely disabling a Titan's eye when it threatened Eren's mission. Once Trost was reclaimed, she finally allowed herself to grieve, weeping among the wreckage for her fallen comrades and for humanity's first real victory.
