Synopsis
Eren Yeager was the protagonist of Attack on Titan and, later, a former member of the Survey Corps. Raised in Shiganshina District, he watched his mother be devoured by a Titan during the fall of Wall Maria, an event that ignited a lifelong hatred of the Titans. His father, Grisha Yeager, later gave him a hidden basement key and injected him with a mysterious serum before disappearing.
In 847, Eren joined the 104th Training Corps alongside Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert, graduating fifth before the three entered the Survey Corps together. Hardheaded, passionate and impulsive, Eren cared deeply for those close to him even as his methods grew increasingly violent — a trait evident since childhood, when he fought older bullies to protect Armin and tried to lift the rubble crushing his own mother. After unlocking his father's memories, he came to possess the power of three Titans and turned his hatred toward a far larger enemy than he ever expected.
