Synopsis
Silva Zoldyck is the current head of the Zoldyck family, father to all five siblings and one of the most renowned assassins in the world.
He is a tall, powerfully built man in exceptional physical condition, with long silver-blond hair and deep blue, cat-like eyes. He is invariably dressed in a sleeveless or short-sleeved shinobi shōzoku with a pair of wristbands.
Silva is stoic, calm and pensive. He interacts little with Killua but holds him in high regard and named him heir. He later recognised that his son did not share his passion for assassination and let him travel with Gon — though only because he saw it as a necessary stage in the making of the family's next head. Zeno's talkativeness irritates him, and he deliberately tunes out half of what his father says.
He was raised exactly as he then raised Killua, and admits he was slow to see how different the two of them are.
As a world-class assassin, Silva is a formidable Nen user and unarmed fighter; his signature technique is a pair of explosive aura orbs. He has fought Chrollo Lucilfer. Voiced by Kōichi Yamadera in the 2011 series and Kōji Ishii in the 1999 one.
