Synopsis
Riehlvelt is a Heavens Arena fighter, the third of the group waiting for Gon and Killua on the 200th floor alongside Gido and Sadaso.
He is a man of average build with spiky purple hair and a yellow head guard. Paralysed from the waist down by his "initiation", he gets around in a large motorised wheelchair with oversized wheels.
His temperament matches his accomplices': kidnapping and blackmail are both on the table. He wants the Floor Master rank for the money and the fame rather than the fighting, and so takes on only weaker opponents — though he was not short on nerve.
He too reached the 200th floor without knowing Nen, and an opponent's aura attack cost him the use of his legs. Before meeting the boys he had five wins and two losses, and no opponent had ever managed to catch his weapons. Against Gon and Killua, who had mastered only three of the Four Major Principles at that point, he lost easily. Voiced by Ichitarō Ai in the 2011 adaptation and Yoshihiko Akaida in the 1999 one.
