Panda

Panda is a semi-grade 2 jujutsu sorcerer and second-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, training alongside Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki and Yuta Okkotsu. Despite his name and appearance, he isn't an actual panda at all but an Abrupt-Mutation Cursed Corpse created by sorcerer Masamichi Yaga.

Upbeat, calm and possessed of a genuinely offbeat sense of humor, Panda spoke in an oddly formal, almost mechanical way when he was younger before gradually developing a personality all his own. He views humans as strange but worthy of respect rather than something to imitate, and he leans heavily on sarcasm, poking fun at nearly every situation — even while Kokichi Muta's puppet body Mechamaru was actively trying to destroy him. It took real damage to genuinely anger him, and afterward he was able to sympathize with Kokichi rather than resent him, even promising to visit his real body someday.
