Synopsis
Fuyumi Mizuhara is a 79th-generation Tōtsuki alumna, a former 2nd seat of the Elite Ten Council, and now the owner and head chef of the Italian restaurant Ristorante F. Little of her time at the academy is documented beyond her rivalry with classmate Kojirō Shinomiya, which began after he outscored her on an Italian cuisine assignment despite Italian food being her own specialty.
Taciturn and famously few of words, Fuyumi gives off a lazy, uninterested air that rarely lets her true feelings show. She remains close to Kojirō even though she enjoys mocking him at every opportunity, and there are hints, left deliberately unresolved, that her feelings for him once ran deeper than simple rivalry.
Alongside fellow alumna Hinako Inui, Fuyumi worried that Kojirō's abrasive personality would isolate him once he moved to France, but ultimately wished him well at his departure. After the Training Camp, she shows genuine interest in recruiting Sōma Yukihira to work at her restaurant.
