Lubbock

Lubbock is a member of Night Raid whose cover in the Capital is running a small bookstore. He wields the Teigu Cross Tail, threads he uses for reconnaissance, traps, and combat alike, and typically serves as the group's lookout, keeping watch over their hideout and warning the others of approaching danger.

Easygoing and mischievous, Lubbock hides a fierce loyalty behind his playful exterior — loyalty rooted in his long, one-sided love for Night Raid's leader, Najenda, whom he has followed since they were both serving in the Empire's military. That devotion is tested when he is captured alongside Tatsumi during an investigation into the assassin group Wild Hunt and subjected to brutal interrogation, which he endures without giving up his comrades' location.
