Baka Ki El Dogra

Baka Ki El Dogra, better known as Prince Baka, is the lead character of Level E — another manga by Yoshihiro Togashi — who turns up in Hunter x Hunter as a cameo.

In his Hunter x Hunter appearance he has wavy white hair and green eyes and wears a black fur-trimmed coat. His own series draws him differently, blond-haired and blue-eyed.

His appearance falls during the Heavens Arena arc of the 2011 adaptation. In the middle of Gon's match against Hisoka, the announcer Cocco questions the referee's decision to award Gon a critical hit and put him ahead 2-1, pointing out that Hisoka did not feel the punch at all.

At which point Prince Baka materialises beside the announcer out of nowhere and explains that referees award points according to whatever pleases them — before vanishing from the scene just as abruptly.

Voiced by Takuma Suzuki in the 2011 series; Daisuke Namikawa played him in Level E.
