Howzer

Howzer is the current Great Holy Knight of Liones, a close colleague of Gilthunder, and one of the Three Misfits alongside him and Griamore. Trained by the former Great Holy Knight Dreyfus, he wields a lance and commands the power Tempest.

Confident to the point of naivety, Howzer readily accepts the mysterious New Generation program without questioning its origins and is easily fooled by simple disguises, once dismissing two obviously renamed fighters as impostors despite recognizing their features. He is a genuine fight enthusiast who enjoys tournaments and matched combat for their own sake, and though he is shy around women and reluctant to hurt them, he grows increasingly attracted to the giant Diane the more he faces her in battle.

Beneath the bravado, Howzer holds himself to a code of respect: he is quick to point out impropriety even when it earns him ridicule, and his loyalty to Liones and his fellow knights never wavers, eventually earning him the kingdom's highest military rank.
