Golgius

Golgius is a Holy Knight and one of the four guardians of Baste Dungeon, part of the infamous Weird Fangs unit that helped capture and imprison Ban five years before the story begins. On the surface he presents himself as polite and composed, a first impression that makes his true nature all the more unsettling once it surfaces.

That true nature is cruel and cowardly: Golgius has no qualms about using underhanded tactics, including kidnapping a child to blackmail her father into poisoning Meliodas, and he is willing to throw blades at an opponent while pretending to surrender. Tall, slender and middle-aged, with a distinctive scar crossing his right eye, he wears silver armor topped by a demonic, horned helmet that mirrors the menace behind his courteous exterior.

Golgius's role as one of Ban's tormentors during his imprisonment defines much of his story, and his willingness to exploit anyone's weakness, family included, marks him as one of the more openly dishonorable members of the Weird Fangs.
