Bulat

Bulat, known across the Empire's military by the epithet 100 Man-Slayer, was a decorated officer who defected after his superior, General Liver, was framed for refusing to bow to corrupt demands. Disgusted by a system that rewarded bribery over merit, he joined the Revolutionary Army and, eventually, Night Raid, where he wields the armored Teigu Incursio.

Calm and warm despite calling himself hot-blooded, Bulat takes newcomer Tatsumi under his wing, training him and pushing him to embrace his emotions without being consumed by them. When his path crosses again with his former superior Liver, now serving the Empire's strongest general, the two fight to the death out of loyalty to their respective sides; Bulat wins but is fatally poisoned in the process, leaving Incursio to Tatsumi as his final gift.
