Synopsis
Suzuha Amane works part-time at Yuugo Tennouji's CRT-television shop, ostensibly just searching Akihabara for her missing father. In truth she is a time traveler from a devastated future who, under the alias John Titor, is trying to stop the catastrophe that SERN's research will eventually unleash.
Friendly, athletic, and an avid cyclist, Suzuha nonetheless keeps everyone at arm's length and hates asking for help. Having grown up in a ruined world, she is genuinely delighted by ordinary twenty-first-century things like corn and fireworks, and slowly learns to value the friendships she was initially too guarded to allow herself.
Though it takes her a long time to realize it herself, her father is Itaru Hashida, and her real name is Suzu Hashida. Suzuha's mission is to keep the timeline from collapsing into a third world war, and like Okabe, she risks her own future again and again to make that happen.
