Synopsis
Yusuke Urasawa is a side character introduced in the spin-off manga Noragami: Stray Stories and adapted into the anime as well — an adult office worker whose advertising career collapsed under debt, leaving him at a genuine breaking point. Yato, Hiyori, and Yukine arrive just as he is about to jump from a rooftop, and the god's clumsy, badly-timed intervention knocks him down rather than talking him out of it — though it does, one way or another, stop him.
What Yusuke tells them afterward is that his troubles began with a relationship he didn't fully understand: he had fallen for a girl who told him she was a runaway minor, taking her out and spending heavily on her for some time before Yato points out, bluntly, exactly how questionable that relationship is. The girl turns out to have been Kofuku in disguise all along, which reframes the entire episode as one of the story's stranger, darker jokes about a god meddling in a desperate human's life.
