Udou

Udou is a student at Nanba High School and captain of the archery club, gifted with an ability called Thoughtography that lets him produce photographs directly from his mind. He puts the power to a shameful use, secretly photographing girls in their underwear and selling the images to cover his ill parents' medical expenses.

His scheme unravels when Nao Tomori catches him in the act. Rather than simply punishing him, she confronts him about his motives, and Udou, caring but clearly desperate, agrees to give up the photos for good — one of several smaller ability-related cases the Student Council handles over the course of the series.
