Quin

Quin now works in the Information Bureau, sorting the memories of the newly dead and routing them to the right arbiter, though she spent years before that tending the very bar Decim eventually inherited. An eyepatch fitted with a lens lets her study memories directly, a tool of a job she openly admits is exhausting and never-ending.

Chatty, fond of drinking and quick to bond with Nona over a bottle brought from the world of the living, she is the one who finally introduces Decim to his new post, celebrating his skill at the bar even as she hands over the last of her old life there. She is also the rare arbiter who left the role entirely rather than continuing to judge forever, a choice most in the system aren't permitted to make.

Alongside Castra, she keeps in regular contact with Nona, and it's Quin who eventually recompiles Chiyuki's memories at Nona's request — tiring work that leaves her convinced life was never made up only of the beautiful parts.
