Synopsis
Tsumugu Kinagase is a Nudist Beach operative determined to purge the world of Life Fibers after a tragedy that cost his older sister her life.
Tsumugu holds a deep hatred for Life Fiber garments, especially Kamui, believing they merely feed on their wearers before ultimately killing them, and he has little respect for anyone who relies on one. Even so, once he sees that Senketsu genuinely cares for Ryuuko, he steps in to save them both from Nonon Jakuzure. He is serious and focused, with a habit of citing exactly two reasons for anyone's mistakes, and is rarely seen without a cigarette.
Tsumugu once worked as a scientist under Isshin Matoi alongside his older sister Kinue, who volunteered to test-wear one of the Kamui. The experiment ended in tragedy when the Kamui devoured her in front of him, an event that sparked his hatred of Life Fibers and turned him into a hunter for Nudist Beach.
