Synopsis
Medusa is the middle of the three Gorgon sisters and the mother of Crona, having spent years disguised as the DWMA's school nurse while secretly working to free the sealed Kishin.
In public she plays the caring, supportive staff member — someone who can even comfort Maka Albarn through her own insecurities. In reality, as Stein bluntly puts it, Medusa is "full of lies" and cares for no one but herself, including the child she deliberately raised to become a weapon for creating a new Kishin.
Medusa is also the creator of the Black Blood substance and the architect behind most of the conspiracies that lead to the Kishin's revival and the war between the academy and the forces of chaos.
