Marlo Freudenberg

Marlowe Freudenberg served in Squad Klaus within the Survey Corps and had previously been part of the Military Police Brigade stationed in Stohess District before his branch change, a graduate of the 104th Training Corps who trained outside Eren Yeager's division.

A deeply righteous person, Marlowe joined the Military Police not for safety like most recruits, but hoping to clean up its notorious corruption from within, aiming to rise through the ranks and end the theft of taxes and misappropriation of land. Though steadfast in his ideals, he admitted a willingness to compromise and act dishonorably himself if it meant climbing high enough to make real change, a contradiction that drew frequent comparisons to Eren. Initially convinced that people were naturally good, he gradually came to realize that the corrupt system itself was what encouraged humanity's worst instincts.
