Deep Sea King

The Deep Sea King was the ruler of the Seafolk and the main antagonist of the Sea Monster Arc, ultimately killed by Saitama after a rampage through J-City.

A sadistic individual who genuinely enjoyed starting fights and inflicting pain, the Deep Sea King was determined to claim the surface world for himself, viewing ordinary people as little more than food and treating them accordingly. Arrogant and prideful, he considered himself a superior being sitting atop every living organism on the planet — a belief that let him casually overpower heroes like Lightning Max and Puri-Puri Prisoner before Stinger and the rest of J-City's defenders finally slowed him down enough for Saitama to finish the fight.
