Puri-Puri Prisoner is the S-Class Rank 13 professional hero of the Hero Association and the self-appointed boss of the inmates held in Smelly Lid Prison.

Flamboyant and openly gay, Puri-Puri Prisoner takes a keen interest in good-looking heroes and criminals alike, an obsession that landed him in prison in the first place and continues to shape how he treats captured villains. Despite a somewhat absent-minded streak, he holds firm standards about genuine justice, openly protesting Sweet Mask's dismissive attitude toward S-Class and A-Class heroes risking their lives for the public. As the lowest-ranked S-Class hero, he tends to be more grounded, kind and polite than several of his higher-ranked peers, though pride in his position still drives him to prove himself whenever he feels overshadowed.
