Ayu

Ayu is one of Tenjin's shinki, part of the small circle of shrine-maiden spirits who present themselves together as the Tenjin Sisters — a group that also includes Moyu and, before her banishment, Miyu. Like the others, she wears the plain white kimono and red hakama typical of shrine maidens in Tenjin's household.

She is easy to recognize by her long auburn hair, worn in a high ponytail, and dark blue eyes. The wiki record of her role in the household is thin beyond her place among the Sisters, but that grouping itself says something: Tenjin's shinki tend to function less as individuals and more as a small, close-knit unit that shares appearance, duties, and fate.
