Synopsis
Gauche Adlai is a Mirror Magic user of the Black Bull squad and former nobleman of House Adlai, introduced as unfriendly, selfish and generally ill-mannered — a reputation built almost entirely around his obsessive devotion to his younger sister Marie Adlai.
Gauche carries at least one photo of Marie on him at all times and gets nosebleeds just thinking about her, growing intensely jealous whenever she shows interest in anyone else — including Asta, whom Marie half-jokingly claims she'll marry, and whom Gauche initially despises purely for that reason. Underneath the overprotectiveness, his loyalty to the people he genuinely cares about runs deep.
