Synopsis
Terufusa Adachi is an exorcist and the instructor of Demon History at the True Cross Academy cram school, where he oversees the curriculum for a class that includes Rin Okumura and his fellow Exwires.
An older Japanese man distinguished by a single prominent hair sprouting from his otherwise bald head, Adachi is intensely protective of that one hair, reacting with alarm and complaint whenever it is threatened or pulled, a running source of comic friction with his more reckless students.
Beyond the classroom, Adachi has served the True Cross Order in supporting roles during larger crises, including helping treat exorcists infected during the outbreak of the Impure King's miasma at the Kyoto Branch Office, work that reflects a quieter, more dedicated side beneath his eccentric surface habits.
