Sasagawa Hiroshi, born July 9, 1936 in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, is a creator of several anime and manga series.

Well-known as one of creators of Time Bokan series (with Kuri Ippei, Nakamura Mitsuki and Amano Yoshitaka), he has directed several animation works in the fantasy and science fiction genre, many (though not all) of them with Tatsunoko Production, where he also works as advisor.
