Synopsis

Minetaro Mochizuki was born on the 29th January 1964 in Yokohama, the most important industrial and business center in the Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating the Tokyo Academy for Design, he was awarded the Kodansha Prize for Upcoming Authors, which is dedicated to the renowned mangaka Tetsuya Chiba. His first work, Bata-ashi Kingyo (Swimming Upstream) in Young Magazine was a great sucess in the second half of the 80s.
