Dale Don Kelly is an American disc jockey, radio personality and former voice actor.

Kelly was let go from Dragon Ball Z after complaining to producer Daniel Cocanaugher over music royalties which he composed for both TV specials (Bardock - The Father of Goku and The History of Trunks) being stuck in a flux between te former, Funimation, and Universal sometime in 2000. He only discovered his being replaced as Z's narrator after calling Christopher R. Sabat a month after wrapping the Cell arc's recording.
