Emono no Kimochi

Teacher Mutsuki runs a small school with his grandmother that is suddenly of interest to shady businessman Kisei Ijuuin who plans on developing the land and kicking them out! They don't intend to give up without a fight, but when the older woman ends up in the hospital, Mutsuki is left to deal with Kisei alone. And the land isn't the only thing Kisei is interested in.
