Miaka Yuuki

Miaka Yuuki is the main protagonist of «Fushigi Yûgi», a typical fifteen-year-old junior high school student. She becomes the Priestess of Suzaku to gain a wish that will help her enter her desired high school and be with her friend Yui. Outgoing and friendly, Miaka often surprises adults with her insightful comments, though she can come off as naive. Her primary weakness is her gluttony, as she constantly eats and is an avid fan of anime, often imitating characters throughout the story.
