Synopsis
Yama Inu is a Shadow Beast whose codename means "rabid dog". He was among the four the Ten Dons sent into the Gordeau Desert against the thieves who had taken the Underground Auction's lots.
He was a lanky man with spiky, messy hair, pointed ears and pronounced cheekbones; his most distinctive feature was a set of sharp-filed teeth. He wore a high-necked long-sleeved shirt with beige trousers and light brown shoes. The 1999 adaptation gives him a longer face, noticeably closer to a canine's.
Crass and sadistic, he was believed — from the way his ability worked — to take pleasure in torturing his victims.
In a fight he enhanced his own speed and teeth to tear chunks of flesh from an opponent. As a Shadow Beast he held real influence in the Mafia Community and ranked among the Dons' best fighters — none of which was enough against Uvogin. Voiced by Tetsuya Motomura in the 2011 series and Ryō Naitō in the 1999 one.
