Watchdog-man

Watchdog Man is the S-Class Rank 9 professional hero of the Hero Association, solely responsible for protecting Q-City.

Blunt and perpetually unbothered, Watchdog Man wears a stoic, dog-like expression at all times and behaves exactly like a dog in nearly every respect — he stays in costume even while sleeping and bathing, eats without utensils, sits on his haunches, and fights on all fours rather than standing upright. Fiercely territorial like a loyal, well-trained dog, he relentlessly hunts down and dispatches any mysterious being that enters Q-City, often perching triumphantly atop the corpses of his kills. Even so, he holds back against human attackers, notably avoiding lethal force against people the way he never would against a monster.
