Synopsis
Noel Vermillion is a young girl who was found amidst the burning fields of Ikaruga and adopted by the Vermillion family. Due to her outstanding combat skills, she became a high-ranking member of the NOL, wielding the Nox Nyctores "Arcus Diabolus Bolverk" revolver. Assigned as Jin's subordinate, she faced his harsh treatment due to her resemblance to Saya. Noel is easily won over by small, cute animals and struggles with an inferiority complex regarding her figure.
