Justy Ueki Tylor is the main character from the anime "Musekinin Kanchou Tylor" who joins the United Planets Space Force hoping for an easy life but, through sheer luck, becomes a hero. He quickly rises to the rank of Lieutenant Commander and Captain of the Soyokaze. Tylor is an irresponsible, laid-back captain who always finds a way to avoid trouble.
